Ape Case Product Warranty
Ape Case products are warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years to the original purchaser.
What Does This Limited Lifetime Consumer Warranty Cover?
This warranty protects against defects that affect the primary functionality of the product in materials or workmanship in the new Ape Case product accompanied by this warranty statement. Warranty is non-transferable from the original owner and does not apply to any purchaser who bought the product from a reseller or distributor not authorized by Norazza, including but not limited to purchases from internet auction sites. This warranty does not affect any other legal rights you may have by operation of law.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, accidental damage or unauthorized repair outside of our facility, acts of God (such as a flood); nor does it cover the natural breakdown (Wear) of materials that occur after extended use (i.e. zipper wear, Velcro wear, fabric abrasion, etc.)
Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property.
What Do You Have To Do to Place a Warranty Claim?
It is important that you request a return authorization number from our company prior to returning any product. Norazza Inc. is not responsible for any products received without authorization. Items will be refused.

Your claim will be reviewed within 10 business days and you will be contacted via email with next steps.
If your product is deemed defective but is no longer available, we will replace it with a current, similar product of equal value, or provide a credit to be used in our factory online store.
The Company does not provide refunds for repair or warranty claims.
Replacement products are warrantied for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period.
If your product is not defective it will be returned at no additional cost. Products will be shipped Ground within the Continental US only – No international shipments or shipments to and from AK, HI, PR.
Norazza, Inc. will not provide any coverage under this warranty statement unless your claim is in compliance with all of its terms.
Limitation Of Liability
Repair Or Replacement Of This Product, As Provided Herein, Is Your Exclusive Remedy. In No Event Will Norazza Inc.’S Entire Liability Exceed The Purchase Price Of This Product. Some States/Provinces Do Not Allow The Exclusion Or Limitation Of Incidental Or Consequential Damages, So The Above Limitation Or Exclusion Maynot Apply To You. This Warranty Gives You Specific Legal Rights And You May Also Have Other Rights That Vary From State To State And Province To Province.

This warranty is extended by Norazza, Inc.
Warranty applies to the continental United States Only.
Warranty excludes international purchases
